As a result, payments made for recruiting searches, consulting projects, or hiring playbook creation are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

We’re committed to finding a fair solution, whether that means adjusting deliverables or agreeing on other mutually acceptable terms.

Please note that scheduling fees or initial consultations booked through this site are also non-refundable once completed. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
